Victoria GILL
Creator and visionary behind Dance Inspirations; Victoria Gill is a highly accomplished dance artist, educator, and fitness expert with an extensive career across choreography, teaching, and event management.
Victoria received her professional dancing training in some of London's most elite institutions. She obtained her ISTD Diploma in Dance Instruction and Diploma in Dance Education from Performers College, and her Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies through the Royal Academy of Dance.
Victoria is well-known for her full out teaching approach and contagious energy! She is an expert in jazz technique, body conditioning, contemporary, and lyrical dance, and she also has a fantastic understanding of dance science, anatomy, and biomechanics.
With enormous energy, drive and enthusiasm and a passion for inspiring the next generation; Victoria is renowned for her artistic ability, for raising the bar for dance education, and organising events of the greatest calibre.

Laura Tindle
Meet Laura, our fabulous tour Presenter and Host! The daughter of a Bluebell and Second Generation Dancer, Laura was born into the dance community; she even made her stage debut as a bump in the royal variety performance!
Growing up in her mother’s dance school, Laura fell in love with the stage and performing and after receiving training at Arts Ed in Chiswick, she entered the world of comedy stage acting and sketch shows; staring in WLTM and The Treason Show.
Laura loves to entertain people of all ages. She trained with The TV Training Academy and became a Presenter, working for Virgin Games and Heart Bingo.
From there, Laura used her comedy and presenting experience to host live events, loving nothing more than to interact with a live audience and make them laugh!
Over that last 6 years Laura discovered her dream job hosting dance competitions! Combining her early dance days with a live audience and superstar kids; Laura lives to bring comedy and fun to the audience’s day with her high-energy hosting style!

Emily Charlton
Emily is a 30 year old dance teacher and choreographer from the highly acclaimed Vale Studios. Specialising in in Contemporary and Jazz Technique also a qualified ISTD teacher. She also has a huge passion for choreography which has lead to many allocations. She Recently Won the “Professional Theatre Award” at the Le Classique De Danse Awards and also has just become an international judge for the renown Dance World Cup qualifiers. Emilys choreography shown worldwide & students were on season 2 of BBC one “The Greatest dancer” closely working with Strictly come dancing Star Oti Mabuse. Emily is also honoured to have won the prestigious Barbara Sharples International Choreography Award 4 times, She also Won Dame Arlene Phillips choreography competition Award previously. Emily travels in and out of the country choreographing and teaching and Her training and dedication to the nurturing of young talent has been recognised producing over 250 World Champion title holders, Leading them and her choreography to winning overall titles and overall world title awards.

Joel Cooper
Joel trained at Laine Theatre Arts from 2013-2016. His career has found him performing in shows that have taken him around the world and in London’s West End. Before graduating, Joel joined the International Tour of Wicked as a swing. Following this, Joel was part of the Original West End Revival Cast of 42nd Street at Drury Lane. He then went on to perform in ‘On The Town’ in Tokyo and Osaka. After the covid hiatus, Joel appeared as ‘Brad’ in Hairspray at the famous London Coliseum, and most recently, Joel was playing ‘Carbucketty’ on the Cats International Tour.
Joel’s TV/Film Credits include: Featured dancer on All Star Musicals (ITV), The One Show (BBC), Britain’s Got Talent (ITV), The People’s Strictly, (BBC), Olivier Awards (ITV), 42nd Street (Feature Film), The Royal Variety Performance (ITV).
Alongside his performing career, Joel has always had a passion for teaching. He was a resident tutor on the Louie Spence Masterclass UK Tour, he has also taught at multiple professional colleges up and down the UK including, Urdang, Arts Ed, GSA, Addict, Italia Conti, LCPA, Miskin, and he is now the Creative Director at D&B Academy of Performing Arts.
